Yes, i've tried earplugs, they help a bit when they're talking but are no deterrent against the door slamming, also they aggravate my tinnitus problem and come out lol Ha Ha like the other suggestion, i know they don't have carpet because i can hear her clipping round and the dog skidding, so i'm going to keep that suggestion in mind :=) Hiya!!! OR...decorating your entire flat walls in egg cases (they make very good sound insulators). At least you're beginning to grab some sleep. I suggest you rip up your carpet & install laminate or other wooden flooring and going around in stillettos or a pogo stick...That should give 'em a taste of their own medicine and who knows, it may even make them think about their noise. :O) Have you tried earplugs ?
